Untitled (Subtle Body)
In Eastern philosophical traditions, the subtle body (also known as the aura) refers to the non-physical aspect of a human being that is said to exist beyond the physical body. It acts as the interface through which consciousness interacts with the physical world.
Considering the body as a site and ecosystem to explore our relationships with other forms of life that remain ambient and invisible: the bacteria, viruses, fungi, archea and protoza that we coexist with, does consciousness act through cellular life forms? And if it does what would their energy body look like under a microscope?
